| Delivery of goods
We ship via regular air mail "Lithuanian post ". In this case the delivery time for countries USA, Australia, most countries of South America will be 10 to 14 days. For European countries the delivery will take 5 to 8 days. In most cases (90%) the delivery time is 7 days. Shipping fee: 5€
Return of goods
Our goal - to deliver you the goods of best quality. In case you do not like the delivered goods, you can return them and choose another, on the same price. But returned goods have to be in original package and returned in 30 days. Remember please, that all dispatch expenses are not reimbursed.
If you have got the deffective commodity we shall immediately replace it. If this is impossible - we shall cover all expenses.
Rules of return:
In case you want to return the commodity, you have to note on the address info@amberhome.eu and give us the folloving information:
1. title of commodity,
2. arguments for the refusal,
In three days after receiving of your note we shall send you the precised rules for return of commodity. |
